impoverished families in Eretz Yisroel. Each
Challah goes to families of תלמידי חכמים who benefit from them immensely.

Your home is filled with warmth, laughter, food and smiles; some people don’t have
this. Come Shabbos their tables are bare, their children hungry. Challahs Eretz Yisroel provides large, freshly
baked Challahs weekly to impoverished families in Eretz Yisroel. Each Challah goes to families of תלמידי חכמים
who benefit from them immensely. In addition, we provide honey for ראש השנה, oil
for חנוכה and dairy goods for
שבועות. As well as on all other Yomim Tovim we provide the Tzorchei
Hachag.
We fill these families' homes with light and their children's hearts with joy on our most sacred days. Challah
Eretz Yisroel believes that no child should go hungry on Shabbos or Yom Tov and we do whatever we can to make it
a reality.

Challahs Eretz Yisrael helped us get through this rough patch when my wife had her 5th child and had to stop working. They provided us with fresh Challahs weekly and honey, oil and dairy products on ימים טובים. If not for them I don’t think we would be able to make it. It’s embarrassing to say, but if we were already begging for Challahs then you can imagine what shape we were in… Honestly, Challahs Eretz Yisrael took the shame out of it by providing us with these staples so graciously, I felt like i was doing them a favor!
A typical Friday finds my kids running to the door as soon as they hear so much as a peep coming from that side. The fresh challahs are just divine and my children feel utterly spoiled. They know we are tight because I learn full time and are happy with their lot- they truly are; but I’m so happy that they get to have this once a week, on Shabbos.
